These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the games, websites, and services provided by DGamerStudio ("DGamerStudio", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. License to Use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our games and services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DGamerStudio.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software; reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the services; harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users; use the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account, without notice.

5. In-Game Communications

In-game communications, including chat and messaging, are transmitted through our servers and may be monitored or moderated for security, legal compliance, and community safety. You acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy in in-game communications.

6. Virtual Items and Currency

Games may include virtual items or virtual currency. These have no real-world value and remain the property of DGamerStudio. We may modify, suspend, or remove virtual items or currency at any time. Virtual items are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.

7. Payments and Refunds

Purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card information. All sales are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the services or other users. You may stop using the services at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the services ends immediately.

9. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGamerStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DGamerStudio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Ang mga Kondisyon ng Serbisyo ("Mga Kondisyon") na ito ay namamahala sa iyong access at paggamit ng mga laro, website, at serbisyo na ibinibigay ng DGamerStudio ("DGamerStudio", "kami", "amin", o "aming"). Sa pamamagitan ng pag-access o paggamit ng aming mga serbisyo, sumasang-ayon ka na sumunod sa mga Kondisyong ito. Kung hindi ka sumasang-ayon, hindi mo dapat gamitin ang aming mga serbisyo.

1. Pagiging Karapat-dapat

Dapat kang maging hindi bababa sa 16 taong gulang upang gamitin ang aming mga serbisyo. Sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng aming mga serbisyo, ipinapahayag mo na natutugunan mo ang ganitong pangangailangan.

2. Mga Account

Ikaw ay responsable sa pagpapanatili ng kumpidensyalidad ng iyong mga kredensyal sa account at para sa lahat ng aktibidad na nagaganap sa ilalim ng iyong account. Sumasang-ayon ka na magbigay ng tumpak at kumpletong impormasyon at panatilihing napapanahon ang iyong impormasyon sa account. Nakalaan namin ang karapatan na suspindihin o wakasan ang mga account na nagbibigay ng maling o nakakaalinlangan na impormasyon.

3. Lisensya upang Gamitin ang Mga Serbisyo

Binibigyan ka namin ng limitadong, eksklusibong, hindi maaaring ilipat, at maaaring bawiin na lisensya upang makapag-access at gumamit ng aming mga laro at serbisyo para sa personal, hindi komersyal na layunin, napapailalim sa mga Ito ng Mga Tuntunin. Lahat ng mga karapatan na hindi malinaw na ibinigay ay nakalaan ng DGamerStudio.

4. Pag-uugali ng Gumagamit

Sumasang-ayon kang hindi: manlinlang, samantalahin ang mga bug, o gumamit ng hindi awtorisadong third-party na software; baligtarin ang engineering, baguhin, o makialam sa mga serbisyo; gumambala, magsabing masama, magbanta, o makasama sa ibang mga gumagamit; gamitin ang mga serbisyo para sa ilegal o hindi awtorisadong layunin; subukan na makakuha ng hindi awtorisadong access sa mga sistema o account. Ang paglabag sa mga patakarang ito ay maaaring magresulta sa suspensyon o pagtatapos ng iyong account, nang walang abiso.

5. Komunikasyon sa Loob ng Laro

Ang mga komunikasyon sa loob ng laro, kabilang ang chat at messaging, ay ipinapadala sa pamamagitan ng aming mga server at maaaring subaybayan o moderahan para sa seguridad, pagsunod sa batas, at kaligtasan ng komunidad. Kinikilala mo na walang inaasahang privacy sa mga komunikasyon sa loob ng laro.

6. Mga Virtual na Item at Pera

Ang mga laro ay maaaring magsama ng mga virtual na item o virtual na pera. Ang mga ito ay walang halaga sa tunay na mundo at nananatiling ari-arian ng DGamerStudio. Maaari naming baguhin, suspinduhin, o alisin ang mga virtual na item o pera anumang oras. Ang mga virtual na item ay hindi mababawi at hindi maaaring ilipat maliban kung kinakailangan ng batas.

7. Mga Pagbabayad at Refund

Ang mga pagbili ay pinoproseso sa pamamagitan ng mga third-party na payment provider. Hindi kami nag-iimbak ng impormasyon ng payment card. Lahat ng benta ay final maliban kung saan ang mga refund ay kinakailangan ng naaangkop na batas o ng mga patakaran ng platform kung saan ginawa ang pagbili.

8. Pagtatapos

Maaari naming suspindihin o tapusin ang iyong access sa mga serbisyo anumang oras kung lalabas mo ang mga Termino na ito o makipagtulungan sa pag-uugali na nakakasama sa mga serbisyo o sa ibang mga gumagamit. Maaari mong ihinto ang paggamit ng mga serbisyo anumang oras. Sa pagtatapos, ang iyong lisensya upang gamitin ang mga serbisyo ay nagtatapos kaagad.

9. Pagkakaroon at Pagbabago

Hindi kami garantisado ang walang tigil o walang error na pagpapatakbo ng mga serbisyo. Maaari naming baguhin, suspindihin, o ihinto ang anumang bahagi ng mga serbisyo anumang oras nang walang pananagutan.

10. Pagwawala ng Garantiya

11. Limitasyon ng Pananagutan

12. Indemnification

Sumasang-ayon ka na ipagsawalang-bahala at panatilihing ligtas ang DGamerStudio mula sa anumang mga reklamo, pinsala, pagkawala, o gastusin na nagmumula sa iyong paggamit ng mga serbisyo o paglabag sa mga Tuntunin na ito.

13. Naaayon na Batas

Ang mga Tuntunin na ito ay pinamamahalaan ng at binuo ayon sa mga batas ng Oriental Republic of Uruguay, nang walang pagsasaalang-alang sa mga prinsipyo ng conflict of law.

14. Mga Pagbabago sa Mga Tuntunin na Ito

Maaari naming i-update ang mga Tuntunin na ito mula sa panahon. Ang patuloy na paggamit ng mga serbisyo pagkatapos maging epektibo ang mga pagbabago ay bumubuo ng pagtanggap ng mga na-update na Tuntunin.
