Delete Account
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at [email protected]. Once submitted, your request will be processed and you will receive a confirmation.
During the beta, all data is automatically deleted every 15 days. If you are playing the beta, it is not necessary to submit this form.
To request account deletion, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your username and registered email address.
Your request will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
What gets deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed: your account and login credentials, email address and personal information, game progress, characters, and inventory, purchase history and transaction records, and any associated device information.
What we may retain
We may retain certain data as required by law, including: financial transaction records (for tax/legal compliance), data necessary to resolve disputes, and aggregated anonymous usage data.
